Objects of insurance

The objects of insurance are the property interests of the person whose insurance contract is concluded, which are not contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, and are related to the possession, use, disposal of property.

The real property - building (industrial, administrative, socio-cultural purpose and public use, etc.) is accepted for insurance.

Insurance risks

By agreement, the parties may include in the insurance contract the insurance risks of loss and/or damage of property, in accordance with the additional conditions from:

• sudden damage of water supply, sewerage, heating and fire-fighting systems;
• burglary and robbery;
• theft and robbery of cash;
• illegal actions of third parties;
• natural disasters;
• glass breaking;
• equipment failures;
• failures of electronic equipment;
• impacts, collisions, sound waves;
• fires;
• explosions;
• lightning strikes.

The insurer concludes insurance contracts against the risk of loss and/or damage of property due to fire, lightning strike, gas explosion used for domestic needs, even if the lightning strike or gas explosion did not cause a fire.

“Fire” is meant the occurrence of a fire capable of spreading independently outside places specially designed for its breeding and maintenance.

Insurance premium

The amount of the insurance premium is set based on the insurance sum, the selected insurance risks, the location of the object and etc. The insurance rate is the rate of the insurance premium per unit of the insurance sum.
